I would doubt they have an actual hospital, since that would mean more eyes. Probably more like an infirmary. It's only a 20 minute Janet ride to Las Vegas and I'm pretty sure the Nellis Helos would be available for a major medevac if there was a disaster.

I would think workers there know there could be a delay in medical care when they sign on.
