Are there actually power lines up at PL
overlook?

I'm looking for elevated spots to work some
ham radio from, around the base. Has to be
accessible by 2wd van. Does that rule out
powerlines anyway?

Are there any other good park/camp spots that
have any kind of "line of sight" out of the
valley toward Las Vegas or elsewhere?
