I can get three of questions. One weekdays/weeknights are the times to see vehicles and things, nights for things in the sky. Two I don't think they actually did a shared supply because of the cost, but not 100% on that one. Three just stay on our side of the border. If you leave the main road make sure you know where 2 or 3 orange posts are in front of you. Personal safety, there are not many people lurking around during the day, I guess when its hot out more so, but I think generally, people feel pretty safe.(not 100% here either)
