If they are sworn deputies, then their names and pictures will be on file. The reason is this:

Let's say you have a complaint against a officer and don't know his/her name. All departments have this stuff on file per federal regulations to guard against police violence/abuse of authority.
Small depts and big are treated the same, this information is public record. The addresses probably aren't (I hope they aren't) to guard against retaliation.

The federal government doesn't "Own" the BLM land. The state has a contract with the BLM to run it. Which means, the BLM have a say in it too.
It seems to me that a good way to win a senate/house seat in Nevada is to run on the promise of kicking the BLM out of there. The citizens need to take back their state.
