There is allot of talk about HAARP and what it is used for. Here is a recent news story about research being done with HAARP. I did some support work on this in the preliminary design stages which was basically data collection on the ionosphere when they were looking for the best site. I recall being told that the HAARP array would be able to blind satellites looking down on the Nevada test site (never used the term A51). Anyways it good to see that it's being used.
