The photo appears to be a crop from the HUGE panorama posted at the Lazy G Ranch. (Be sure to respect that site's request that you download the images to your own computer for viewing, to save their bandwidth.) As Tom said, I'm sure they would be happy to give credit where credit is due, but simply can't do that from their company website. From surfing around their site, it seems all the images from external sources are properly credited, with the sorry exception of this A51 photo.

From the vague text on the Howland RCS page, it appears these guys have had some involvement with dynamic RCS ranges. Since the only ones in the US, as far as I know, are at A51 and Pax River on the east coast, I wonder if these people had something to do with DYCOMS?
