one thing I have noticed is that the Janets are fairly versitile when landing during the busy times. They try for 19 but if it doesn't work oh well. Also they usually are really quick at landing and do what the controllers want, mainly because they know what the are Janets ect. The janet pilots are experienced, the job requires 4000hrs, which is more then most airlines require, southwest requires 2500. Since they are experienced they can do it most of the manuvers really well, I think most of the problems occur when people who's second language is English, especially when they are really busy. They can always "count on" I guess, the janets to be there everyday too.
