Google Earth updated their coverage of Tolicha Peak's facilities at some point in the past, didn't see anyone mention it specifically on here. What is really interesting is that you can make out a mess of SAM components, including most of an S-300P (SA-10 GRUMBLE) battery. I updated my blog article (geimint.blogspot.com) dealing with TPECR and other test sites with new imagery and data reflecting the new update.
