Aside from normal day-to-day airline type operational delays, KLAS is a very busy operation running about #5 in the U.S. for traffic volume amongst major airports. Depending on the particular runway configuration, the geometry between Rwy 19 & 25 operations can be quite challenging. You ain't seen nothin yet as Rwy 25L (or is it the right?)will be closed for several months begining in about October for a complete rehab.
