It's not really in-line with the Tall King, meaning the Tall King isn't in the plane perpendicular to the supposed reflector. What I was pointing out was that if a beam from the Tall King is projected to the refector, it arrives at a certain angle (maybe 20 deg. from the left). It would then bounce off at the same angle to the right, which goes right to the dish at the remote radar site (and of course, this works in reverse). This would also assume that the vertical tilt of the reflector is at the proper angle. Were it perfectly in line, the signal would merely bounce back to itself.
