I believe that's true too. I was directing my comments to the protection and security of the PERIMETER of the facility including the immediate outer side of the "fence," and including access road(s).

High Point (Mount Weather) is considered a "deadly-force authorized" facility and supposedly an "Army"
installation. However, while the perimeter security
is similar to the Nevada facilities, High Point has
several internal layers of protection of deadly force awaiting any intruder, mostly U.S. Marines.

About the only time you see any Army personnel would be certain Friday afternoons during an exercise at the facility, and those would generally be from Ritchie, Detrick, Meade, and DC of field gradre or higher.
