Paine Field is publicly owned by Snohomish County, Washington. ( http://www.painefield.com/about.html ) It is a general aviation airport with FBO services. It has other commercial aviation-related businesses besides Boeing, like Goodrich Aviation, which does maintenance and repairs for Delta, Southwest, UPS, FedEx and others.
