people live in hiroshima and nagasaki today - so probably the least of the health worries. the nasty resins used for construction/assembly of prototypes and the burning of that stuff (that they used to do?) is probably a greater and more imminent concern.

I think radiation would be a bigger problem for the DOE people workign at the mercury/nevada test site over the mountain.

I think the visit to the little ale-inn is better for the experience of saying you were there than the burger. I would have thought with all the cattle ranching in the area, that you get a nice thick burger, but not so. If you do stop to eat, probably better off ordering whatever the cowboys are eating.

and whats the deal with the girl hanging around the inn? can't remember her name.
