For entrance into the bleacher area you will have to contact the PAO at Nellis. The view spots along route 95 may be just as good. Their are many places to pull off into the desert that give you a wider field of view. Their is also a prison on the west side of the road that offers a higher view of the exercise, although you are farther away. If you have the time you may want to go to the rehearsal on Thursday to decide which would be the best view spot. If you are taking pictures this is a great photo op.
