Yes it was. Some early testing was done elsewhere, however, there was extensive pole testing at Groom. At web sites like roadrunners, and in various blackbird publications, there are photo’s of A-12’s on the pole. There are some photo’s showing cammo painting, however, most of the A-12 pole testing at Groom was conducted at night.
