Does the old center taxiway simulate a carrier deck?

I was wondering if that short runway might be a replication of a carrier runway deck for testing the Navy's new UCAV's. Maybe they land and then whip around that little NASCAR loop before taking off again. Funny thing about carrier decks is that they can catch fire when aircraft land wrong. Maybe the discoloration is a fire suppressent. Anyways, just some thoughts.
