I know exactly where you mean as I shoot between gates 1&2. For the last six months or so they is a ton of construction equipment there coming and going. You can still get in but you have to go thru gate 1, the one nearest Hollywood Blvd. Two weeks ago it was like playing demolition derby with D9 Cats and big front loaders. You may be able to find a quiet space back in a corner but keep your eyes open.
