Check out Tom Mahood's site for the low down on Area 19. I doubt it could be seen from Kawich Peak. Stonewall Mountain may offer a view but I don't know whether the unrestricted portion does. Perhaps the most visually shielded area out there. See for the Stonewall Mountain trip report.
