I've got a theory for what all that building stuff is. Looks like PVC to me, and if they're visible from satellite, big stuff. I think they're putting in a new sewer system :-P. Or perhaps there's some new and exciting plumbing need. Spose it could also be used to carry underground power cables (lots of em), too. Ideas, anyone?
