I got around to checking out the sounds files and was wondering about callsign kce878. The FCC registration is as follows: Assuming that doesn't link doesn't make it past this posting program, here is the data: The frequency is 155.88 and the transmitter is located at the airport. Note the each callsign can have more than one frequency and transmitter site. However, the frequency mentioned on DLR is in the public works band, not a federal or military band, so I'm not sure what to conclude about hearing base ops on that freq.
