Every once in a while this idea pops up. It is kind of like an organized response to not pay your taxes - seems like there is safety in numbers until you are the one sitting in front of a Government issue desk having your fate decided by a GS-7. There is no one on this website that will agree, endorse or even suggest that violating the borders os a wise or prudent idea. In large groups or small, it is an idea so bad that I really don't have the right words to dissuade an attempt such as this. If - and that's a big if - the local security forces took the attempt as a casual threat and merely rounded people up for the local sheriff - then it would be fines up to one thousand dollars and a night or two in jail. If they decided you posed a viable threat then federal prosecution and maybe a trip to Gitmo would be a result. Either way it is about 20 miles of desert to wander through before you would get CLOSE to the base structures, so what would be your endgame? My recommendation is that you visit this site often, donate money to get an up to date satellite view, and keep out of trouble.
