This is the same Jim Manner, Lincoln County commissioner, that used to live in Alamo. I now say that since he admitted that he did it, let us forgive and forget, once and for all. We all make mistakes.
Switchboard.com's info is outdated. Apparently he had moved to Panaca.
Jim today admitted that he was the driver in the incident.
He stated he had "no intention of bodily harm".
He has a family, just like us.
