Spying on what? is the question. Jeeps and a few small helios? Well publicized test-flight exercises? Then, too, the place doesn't exist -- remember? We're going to be needing a new sandy terrain sometime soon for my little brothers to play in with their sand buckets and shovels. I can think of an ideal spot. Bet you can too.
