I think in the age of internet plane tracking, there is great incentive not to bring commercial aircraft to Groom Lake. Flightaware dropped the tracking of Janets, probably at the request of the powers that be, after they noticed their tracks being posted on the net. Passur no longer allows the public to see tracking in the Vegas airspace, though the service is still in use privately.

I've been logging Lockheed private aircraft and haven't spotted any Groom Lake related flights. [Lockheed runs PC-12's out of North Las Vegas.]

KPMD is now open to the general public again. Some airline (United I think) now has service to Palmdale. I didn't hang around to see if the Janets head to the PMD terminal, or just taxi to the military contractor HQ.
