Personally, I believe the new hangar and the tower near the RCS range are unrelated. I think they are used for two different projects. What they are, I am not sure (yet). Hopefully the new satellite image will shed some light on this.
As for the sensors, I am not sure they have to do with anything at Groom. But then, I could be completely wrong. I would definitely like to hear what others have to say...
