It depends what you mean by a test; all I can say is that on each visit over recent years - once or twice a year - we've seen something fly. Personally, my expectations are close to zero of being able to see the latest hi-tech device which could be a bee-sized UAV with chameleon like coating to aid invisibility. But watching F-16s fly against MiG-29s and Su-27s is not unreasonable and as an occasional visitor I'm surprised that we've been that lucky....hence I'd imagine it is a near daily occurrence. For this all you need is a scanner, some optics and reasonable aircraft spotting skills.
