The coordinates are roughly N37.237/W115.215. I didn ot pick up anything on the scanner, or the frequency counter near the setup. It is located on BLM land.

I think with everyone's help, especially from Steve and Dave, we found a reasonable and probable explanation for the setup. Now, if we could only figure out what the new hangar at Groom is for... ;-)
