If Mr. James Manner (Nevada License Plate 063 GUS) would simply offer a brief statement of admission of his actions publicly with sincere apology, then I say "let's just forgive and forget". He could do it through e-mail or even post it on this forum.
Otherwise, this incident will continue to open up a whole can of worms.
Even the Bureau of Land Management refused to use the name "Groom Lake" or "Area 51" and, instead, used the "safer" description, the "Nevada Test Site." As far as I am concerned, Mr. Manner is not a Test Site worker. He is a worker at the Groom BASE.
Furthermore, the question is: who is in charge of matters relating to Groom Lake?
Just who is in control? The Air Force? The Department of Energy or Bureau of Land Management? And what is the role of Lincoln County Sheriff? And what about the Nellis Air Force Base?
Everything is just so frustratingly "blurry" and "obscure". (which is why this whole subject matter of Area 51 continues to mystify the public).
