Harry Helms was living in Las Vegas. I think from the interview he said he didn't live there anymore, but I could be wrong. He is more well known in radio circles than secret bases.

From what I could tell, none of the photos on his blog looked like they were lifted from the usual websites, so he probably did log some miles. [Click on the link, then click on Harry Helms.] He mentioned Project Faultless, the NTS, and the north gate.
