Actually the last two years we put wall shaker A/C units in the windows. They work real good. The two rooms in the 5 building (5-1 and 5-2) do have window swamp cooler, but the others are real a/c units. Best rooms are 5-1 or 5-2 since they are closest to the restaurant. I prefer 1-3 myself.
