I've run ACARSD in the ranges enough to determine that the Janets don't use the service. Of course, things can always change. Tonopah is a major ACARS link. Speaking of the Janet, N623RA enroute from Groom Lake to Edwards was diverted back to Groom Lake. If it was an IFE, LAS would have been closer.
