I am not sure if Wolfbane is still around, but perhaps one of our German members can help you out. I believe that MiG was one of several aircraft of the former NVA that were handed over to the USAF back in the early 1990's. There is a MiG-23 in the Nellis AFB Threat Museum (aka. the Petting Zoo), but I don't know what serial number it is. I can probably dig up a photo of it, if that helps.
