I think that location would be too far north for the usual routes. Janets have to go around Papoose Mountain in the south. To get that far north again they would have to fly a heading that I have never heard in radio comms. The spot may be on a route to Rwy 14, though. But that direction is very rarely used. Pyramid can be a reference to anything, including a land feature or ground discoloration visible from he air, a building, an old project on the test site, the shape of the route and, yes, proximity to the PYD beacon. The two concrete pars that you mentioned are interesting. There are similar pads north of Groom Lake Road, but these two are significantly larger.
