Iam not sure about this but they may not have flown due to the holiday, or they may have flown a night exercise. Sorry you didnt get to see anything. As far as seeing anyone else, thats pretty common. Their arent many people that show up even in the summer. I guess some dont think its a spectator sport. Some say its too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter Some say its too far from Vegas. Lots of reasons not to be there. If you are a military aircraft watcher it is a spectator sport and it just doesnt get any better.
