I believe that even if the optics were way better than they are now the chances are rare. I have made numerous trips to Tikaboo and taken lots of photos. If you laid them side by side you would think they were taken all in the same trip. I dont believe you will see any projects out in the open during daylight hours. It seems like all the testing is done on moonless night. We know that Groom comes alive in the dark as scanners light up with increased activity. So no matter how good the optics or how good the weather is it would be a rare catch.
