Snow on Tikaboo

here is the weather and snow levels for rachel. theirs a pretty good chance if their is snow at 5000ft which is rachels elevation their is snow on tikaboo which is roughly 9000 ft. at the top. for those that have never made the climb this creates a pretty dangerous situation. their is loose shale that when iced over can make it impassable. depending on the amount of snowfall the approach off of 93 can be treacherous even in a 4x4. if you are planning a trip please be super cautious.

Tonight
Partly cloudy early in the evening then becoming mostly cloudy. A slight chance of rain showers early in the evening...then a chance of snow showers and a slight chance of rain showers in the late evening and overnight. Snow level decreasing to 5000 feet after midnight. Lows in the upper 20s. South wind 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation 40 percent.

Sunday
Mostly cloudy with a 40 percent chance of snow showers and rain showers. Colder. Snow level 4500 feet. Highs in the mid 40s. Light wind becoming southwest around 10 mph in the afternoon.

Sunday Night
Mostly cloudy with a chance of snow showers and a slight chance of rain showers. Snow level 4500 feet. Lows in the mid 20s. South wind up to 10 mph in the evening becoming light. Chance of precipitation 30 percent.
