Hi all the people. Once more I am here to highlight a bizarre new. I was reading the daily updates to the Defensetech's blog and I found a really strange new: a small company called Space Propulsion Systems, established in 1989, has been approved to not to suscribe to the year-old Invention Secrecy Act. The company is developing some radical approaches to spacecraft propulsion systems such as the so called Micro-Fuel Cell Propulsion Technology, wich consist in delivering the fuel in the form of a high energy density pellets and then ignite them with a laser (!).
