It would ahve to be something to do with a 'third' something...perhaps the third first flight for a LM product this year, or perhaps because it is jointly designed by LM, Northrop and BAe? 'Phantom' for the X-32 would be because it was designed by Boeing's Phantom Works (ex-McDonnell) I presume?!?! Magoo
