I'm not surprised its a fake, I take photos of aircraft in bad lighting quite frequently which is why I asked for the EXIF data so I could get the shutter speed. At that sort of time of day you would be looking about a 10 or 20 second exposure time, nothing any where near fast enough to not blur the lights.
