The objects in the center aren't as sharp as they could be.

What you have in this area are foreign radar systems. They are sometimes difficult to identify even with decent photographs as they are de-miled, i.e. the weapons part of the system has been removed.

The particular area should be visible from free territory, though it is getting late in the snooping season. There is a wash you need to cross to reach the viewing area that can be a stream at times.
