Background radiation is around 10 to 15 uR/hr. I don't have Queen City measurements handy, but it around 30uR/hr to 50uR/hr in the hot spots. I contacted Lawrence Livermore Labs regarding a sample they got from Queen City Summit for use in a study, but it turned out that the lab didn't directly retrieve the sample. Queen City Summit has been on the receiving end of a few NTS goofs.
