As I said, I don't think the base is inactive (I dont think there would be this long "disguise" of flying people out, guards, busses etc)(although last time I went out the bus parking lot at the ET highway was pretty empty). However has the mission on the base changed? Has the flying platforms gone somewhere where there is less attention (If I was the govt and I knew people were camping outside my base and deticating allot of time there wouldnt you move the planes)? It just seems that there is allot of people looking at this base and I dont know how much reports of "I saw this" are there (granted maybe some people may not post so not to adverise to our enemies and take enjoyment from just seeing the planes themselves). Or not...
