You can see USE OF DEADLY FORCE AUTHORIZED signs at many Air Force bases, usually placed around specific facilities or areas that have a higher level of security than other parts of the base (crypto vaults, weapon storage areas, etc.).

I have even seen them at airshows, placed around the F-117A or B-2 on static display.
