This "raid" took place in Monterey California. The authors obviously have a anti-NWO bias and blew everything out of proportion. For instance, the Urban Warrior training to disarm civilians in foreign counties at UN request, not to disarm Americans. For those who scanned the event, the Marines used Motorola Talk-about FRS radios. Moto made up a bunch in green and cammo just for these Urban Warrior events, which were done all over the US. I still kick myself for not buying one of these talkabouts as a collectors item.
