Geez, is that what they are. I thought they were swimming pools for us weary Rachel travelers. I was up two weeks ago and they had graded a bunch of it. They had also staked off a lot of it. They have those orange fences up around the washes and someone in Rachel said they were laying out a couple of golf courses. They havent gotten all the permits necessary in regards to water sources so it could be what it is now for many moons.
