I realized the Area right around the steel pipe that marks Ground Zero sunk from the blast but I was more curious about the fenced in area to the East and South of there. It is also about 15~20 feet lower than the surrounding area but apears to be rectangular in shape...like it was excavated. The first photo of monitoring equipment was located there.
