If the chemtrail project was classified, not only would the person speaking not have a job anymore, but they would not know about projects at other facilities.

All of the people who have direct access to radar data in the US also have security clearances. My grandfather worked as an air traffic controller and was well aware of what he could and could not talk about.

Why cover up aircraft that 99% of people aren't looking for?

All of the information you have posted is completely worthless without sources. If ball lightning and other such phenomenon have been documented, we have no reason to believe that other strange things can happen on this planet without some deep conspiracy behind it.
