In the 4/30 issue of Avation Week on page 23 there is mention of "defense officials hinting at work on a very large, high altitude "black" airship at the Nevada test ranges." I have seen craft at night that would have fit the motion that an airship might have. The sighting is on file at the A"Le"Inn from 3/99 and had 3 other witness'. Any thoughts or sightings that might fit this release?
