I agree it will be uplifting to watch, I'll be praying for them, those astronauts and ground crew are heroes for everyone on the planet..

But, it's NOT a "Space Shuttle" it's a "Near Earth Orbit Shuttle," doing John Glenn's flight (or Yuri Gagarin's) over and over and over again.

No one on the planet has really been anywhere since Apollo 17 in December 1972 (assuming they're not flying out to the moon or beyond and back from our favorite base).

It'll be a long time before any human really goes into "space" (the area beyond the influence of our sun).

But for now, let's get back to the moon and on to Mars!!

And hope the remaining Near Earth Orbit Shuttle flights all return safe, successful, and sound.
