I feel like this has come up before, forgive me for any redundancy (a google search of the DLR site didn't return anything). Do any businesses rent out milair capable scanners, or perhaps ones that can handle the cammo's trunked communications? Any recommendations on places to rent GPS devices from (and recommendations for which GPS device to rent, or not to rent)? I am weighing out the costs of a possible late-july tikaboo trip, and wondering if I can get equipment easily. I'll be making the trip from the san francisco bay area, and would prefer avoiding getting equipment from las vegas if possible. If I go up, it will likely be around the 20th. Feel free to email or reply through the board, especially if you have been up before and might want to join.
